Regulation

The airworthiness basic framework, regarding the National Defence, for the definition and implementation of common technical requirements and administrative procedures in the field of military aviation are based on the European Military Airworthiness Requirements (EMAR) developed under the auspices of the Military AirWorthiness Authorities (MAWA) Forum. Such Forum develops its activity in the European Defence Agency, to harmonize the European military airworthiness requirements and set up arrangements for mutual recognition among authorities.
